New Member Application
Assist us in learning more about you, your health concerns and health goals. Completion of our New Member Application enables us to serve you in ways most meaningful and impactful to your health scenario.
Tour our facility
You and your family are invited to join us for a tour of our healing facility and get acquainted with our team.
Consultation
We utilize dialogue and thorough health history to understand your current state of health and health needs. Together, we’ll take steps toward achieving your health goals.
Chiropractic Assessment
We complete a nervous system assessment with our state-of-the-art technology certified by the SPACE Foundation which was co-founded by N.A.S.A. Our technology allows us to locate areas of pressure on the nervous system and determine severity.
Digital X-Rays
Review of your health history and assessment results determines whether it is necessary to capture digital x-rays. Use of our on-site digital x-ray technology enables Dr. Richardson to get an exact assessment of your spine which allows us to make care as safe and effective as possible for you and your family.
New Patient Orientation
Once your initial appointment is complete, you and your family will be invited to attend our New Patient Orientation. During this visit, Dr. Richardson will share more information on health, healing and expectations for care at Replenish. Once you receive that information we will review findings from further analysis of your neurological assessment, any X-rays taken and discuss care recommendations tailored to your needs.
Begin your journey of healing
Following your New Patient Orientation you will have the opportunity to receive your first specific chiropractic adjustment. Chiropractic adjustments at Replenish are gentle, specific and benefit everyone from newborns to seniors, and everyone in between!
